Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on Gemma4.io. By purchasing credits or subscribing to our service, you agree to this policy. We strive to provide a fair and transparent refund process.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to your credits until they expire.

Annual Subscriptions

Refund requests for annual subscriptions will be considered within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • You have used less than 10% of your monthly credit allocation.
  • You have sent fewer than 50 messages total.

If both conditions are met, we will issue a prorated refund for the remaining subscription period.

Pay-As-You-Go Credit Purchases

One-time credit purchases are non-refundable after the transaction is completed. Credits remain valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Eligible Refund Cases

We will consider refunds in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges resulting from technical errors on our end.
  • Unauthorized charges that are verified through our investigation.
  • Extended service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours that prevent you from using purchased credits.
  • Technical issues on our platform that consistently prevent messages from being delivered to Gemma 4 models.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality or accuracy.
  • Unused credits or subscription benefits that were available but not utilized.
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Changes in personal preference or circumstances.
  • Technical issues on the user's end (browser compatibility, network problems, etc.).
  • Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers.
  • Partial use of credits within a billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email hi@gemma4.io with the following information:

  1. Your registered email address.
  2. Date of purchase.
  3. Transaction ID or order number.
  4. Reason for the refund request.

We will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of our decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
